Any materials supplied by one stop services remain the property of one stop services until full payment is received in full and can be removed if payment is not paid.
When painting or paint spraying any interior walls , ceilings or windows there is a chance the masking tape used may remove some paint from the area it is applied to.Unfortunately this is a potenrial drawback when using masking tape, but there are no other alternatives methods available when trying to prevent overspray and one stop services will take no liability.
If we have quoted a job on a price this well include labour and all materials.
some jobs will require access and this will be discussed with the client before any work takes place and the cost is the responsibility of the customert.
We cannot guarantee our paint spraying which has been sprayed onto silicone or gaskets due to peeling or cracking.what we would recommend is re-siliconing once all work is completed, one stop services will not take any liability.If you need advice on this please asked when booking works.
All coloursd and gloss levels that are chosen are the responsibility of the customer and should be provided before any work takes place.We will advise on this if needed and take no liability, please beware that shades and colours look different online and you should always compere your colour in a swatch book.
Access is the responsibility of the customer unless discussed with us at the time of your quotation.
We can only guarantee our own paint , we cannot put guarantees on old paint that is not removed before we start to apply our paint. Please ask about prices to remove old paint when quoted
we supply 5 year guarantee on residential and commercial properties. Our guarantee covers peeling and cracking.It does not cover for wear & tear scratches or chips. All paintwork should be cleaned down with a damp cloth and no chemicals.
Our gloss levels come in full matt 0% to 3% satin 15% to 30% semi gloss 40% to 60% full gloss 90% . Please be aware when having a kitchen or something with heavy traffic sprayed when choosing only matt or satin stains will become very hard to remove because of the low gloss vlevel. The more gloss the more protection you gain.
you can apply a matt lacquer which will give your paint much better protection after the p[aint is applied, please ask about this service when enquiring.
one stop services will not cover stains that cant be removed due to low gloss levels.
Our payment terms are residential strictly pay on completion, commercial & industrial are 14 days from invoice date. commercial & industrial would need to apply for the 14 day terms at time of booking or the invoice will be put on 0 days which would need to be paid on completion.
We except payments by BAC , credit cards (up to £1000 per job) cash.
Our health & safety policy documents are available at the cusomers request, All risk assessments and method statements are supplied in return with all purchase order numbers.
All our operatives are comprehensively insured under our 5 million public and 10 million employers insurance
All claims must be made in writing and addressed to our head office within 48 hours after the liability has arisen. Your responsibility is to ensure head office receives your letter and obtain a reference number from us relating to your complanint/claim. If any complaint is proven NOT to result from out operatives we reserve the right to charge a call out charge of £100.00 plus VAT to cover expenses and time lost. We collect data from our customers name address ,telephone,and email addrtess, this information is strictly for the use of our company and to assist in carrying out our services. At no point will your data ever be sold or passed on to a 3rd party, we respect our customers privacy.This information is kept in line with data protection regulatations at all times.
It is the customers responsibility to make sure there is parking for our vans , we may enforse an invoice for wasted time to cover cost if we are unable to work.
We will always supply the customer a satisfaction sign off sheet at the end of every job, if this is not signed or the customer is not there to sign when we are completed we will take this that you are 100% happy with the job carried out.
Once the sign off sheet is signed we will not take any responsibility if you become concerned at a later date so please check all work properly before signing

Any items left at our unit is the responsibility of the client, one stop services will not take any responsibility of damaged goods.

All items would need to be paid before removing items form our unit this can be done by BAC , CASH ,VISA ,

We would recommend that customers bring protection for there products when completed for travelling to stop them from getting damaged, one stop services will not take responsibilitry for damaged goods.
Spray Booth , Its the customers responsibility to collect there items on the completion date, we are a very busy booth and do not have the room to store customers goods and it will occur a £20.00 per day storage cost if items are not collected on the day agreed.
Spray booth , please be sure you"re happy with the colour and workmanship before removing your items from out premises we will not be held responsible once they have been removed from our warehouse.
We will not take any responsibility for radiators brought to the spray booth for painting due to leckage. The reason being we are paint sprayers and not plumbers and its impossible for the radiators to be checked when they arrive at our spray booth.
Any items brought to the spray booth will be checked for damage before work begins and no work will take place untill we have permission from the client to proceed with the works. (This does not include leakage or holes to radiators)
